"Wir haben uns im IVivai sehr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und Modern, die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich. Die Umgebung von Montemurlo ist perfekt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Prato oder Florenz. Der Pool ist ausreichend gerĂ€umig und ringsrum mit OlivenbĂ€umen bepflanzt. Das Highlight war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit großer Auswahl und frischen Eierspeisen und Porridge a la Minute. "

"This lovely villa is the ideal venue for family gatherings. It is a wonderful location, in rural Tuscany close to Lucca with fantastic views. "Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war ĂŒberaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum WohlfĂŒhlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzĂŒgig. "Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. She was available for everything we needed...

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer liebevollen eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, der ist hier genau richtig. Im Ort gibt es leider keinen Laden oder Restaurant, aber in den nĂ€chsten Ortschaften gibt es sehr nette Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns vor Ankunft alle Informationen zum Check-in gesendet und auch zwischendurch nachgefragt, wie es uns geht. "
