From the living room you have access to the outside area. An internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. From this room you have a beautiful view of the sea. The second bedroom has two separate single beds that can be put together if desired. From this room you also have a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. There is also a bathroom on this level. The outdoor area offers a partially covered terrace (with a pleasantly air-permeable triangular terrace tarpaulin) which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for spending pleasant hours together. The high-quality gas barbecue from Weber can only be used for this purpose. Next to the swimming pool, 2 sun loungers are available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area as well as the car park are under video surveillance. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
