Villa Milka

Only 3 km away from the crowed and noise, this two bedroom villa, suits a family with children looking to stay in a villa with character in a peaceful setting. Stone walls around the property and a big fenced in garden offer children enough space to burn their energy while the parents can relax next to private pool.

During the renovation of the houses, built in late 19. century, we were led by the vision to adapt the old authentic houses of that time ("stara primorska kuća" – old house from the region of Primorje) to the modern requirements of the 21. century.

The vineyards and the olive grove were planted in 2008. All the shrubs and herbs that you can find in the gardens surrounding the house are at your disposal.

Villa Milka is set on two floors. On the ground floor comprise of open plan kitchen, large sea facing living room (up to 2 persons can sleep on sofa) and showers hidden under the stair case. The open plan kitchen is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The ground floor is very comfortable and well equipped with Android TV/satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor with two airconditioned bedrooms; a first double bedroom with romantic toll top bath next to sea facing windows and second bedroom with en-suite showers. Rooms are enriched with refined antiques, which make the villa homely and interesting but is still child friendly. Additional two persons can sleep in the new furbisnhed loft consists of two single bed, shower and toilet. Villa Milka and Villa Vesna are two independent villas, both with their own private pools and gardens, situated on the top of the property. The two villas can be rented separately or together for a group up to 12 people. When rented to different parties, complete privacy is granted.
