The 55 m² accommodation is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home and offers space for up to four people. Two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living and dining area with a kitchenette and additional sofa bed ensure a pleasant living experience.



The private balcony with sea view invites you to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to let the evening fade away with a glass of wine. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering - including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and a 2-plate electric stove. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV as well as bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are already included in the stay. A communal washing machine can be used from the landlord for a fee.



The holiday apartment is part of a house with multiple residential units in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery. The property is fully fenced, with a private parking space located directly at the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the apartment is also not permitted. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



Particularly beautiful is the well-maintained garden area with sun loungers, parasols and a refreshing freshwater pool, which is available to all guests. A small playground with a swing and seesaw also ensures that families with children feel comfortable here. After consultation, the use of a barbecue is also possible.



The sea and the popular sandy and pebble beaches of Crikvenica are only about 700 metres away. The town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities is also within walking distance in just a few minutes. Crikvenica is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and offers numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area – from water sports, boat trips and snorkelling to cultural attractions and natural experiences in the countryside.
