Up to four people can comfortably find space on around 52 m² of living space. The open living and dining area is equipped with a sofa bed, SAT-TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle, 2-plate cooker and filter coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and WiFi are of course included.



Enjoy the view of the sea directly from your own terrace - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxed evening overlooking the bay. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and wardrobes, the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. A communal washing machine is available from the landlord for a fee. A baby cot can be provided upon request.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home in a quiet hillside location, embedded in a green residential area. The fully enclosed property has a beautiful garden with a sunbathing lawn, children's play area, and a communal freshwater pool that provides cooling on hot days. Sun loungers and parasols are available, and a barbecue can be used by arrangement. A parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not permitted.



The location convinces through its proximity to the beach – only about 700 metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea and the varied bathing beaches, including a sandy beach. Shopping opportunities can be found just 400 metres away, and restaurants and the town centre are within a few minutes' walk.
