The fully covered, private terrace with a magnificent view of the sea is a real highlight - whether for breakfast with morning sun or for a relaxed end of the day.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, 2-plate cooker and refrigerator. SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning and heating ensure comfortable comfort in every season. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A communally usable washing machine is available from the landlord (use for a fee). A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.The holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on a gentle hill. Nevertheless, the nearest beach - a mix of gravel and sand - is only about 700 metres away.
