The Cottage is perfect for groups and can sleep up to 5 guests. In addition to the 40-inch Smart TV in the lounge area, the cottage also benefits from an incredible amount of space, a log cabin in the back garden, a log burner, Free Wifi, parking for 2+ cars and much more!

LIVING AREAS:
The cottage benefits from a large living space equipped with comfortable sofas, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix, and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day exploring the countryside.

DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening with family and friends.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The large family kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in the countryside. There is an electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine & dryer. The farmhouse-style kitchen also benefits from a kitchen table with 4 chairs.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 2 bathrooms at the cottage. The first is a full family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The second is an en-suite bathroom located off the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and plenty of storage. There is also a WC located downstairs.

All 53 Degrees Property Holiday lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. So if you are travelling and need to do business whilst staying with us. We have the perfect environment for you.

Guest Access:
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.

Audlem is a charming and historic village located in the Cheshire county of England. It is known for its well-preserved 16th-century buildings, beautiful traditional architecture, and its picturesque setting along the Shropshire Union Canal.

There are also several parks and open spaces in the area, including the Audlem Wharf and the surrounding countryside, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.

The Overwater Marina offers boat hire and fishing opportunities, perfect for a day out on the water. For a touch of history, families can visit the nearby Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker, a fascinating Cold War museum.

The best way to get around is by foot or by car. The cottage is in the middle of the countryside so if you are looking to go further afield on a day trip then a car is the perfect transport. Alternatively, you can explore the beautiful surroundings on foot.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.

*Please note: We charge a £20/hour early check-in fee if you check-in before the time stated on the listing without prior approval and a £20/hour late check-out fee if you check-out later than 10 am.

EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

PARKING:
The barn benefits from FREE parking on the private driveway with parking for more than 2 cars.

PET RESTRICTIONS:
Pets are allowed to stay for a standard fee of £150 per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs or 1 cat.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with 53 Degrees Property.
