"We had a very good nine-night stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, with great beach facilities, excellent pools and restaurants, very good food, and helpful staff. Our daughter loved the mini disco and Despina was amazing entertaining the kids!
The main reason for my four-star rating is the room, which felt dated, poorly maintained, and had a few technical issues that didn’t match the quality of the rest of the property. We also arranged an airport transfer for a specific time, but the car was late, so we had to take a street taxi to make our flight.
One small issue was the limited number of pool loungers, often reserved early with towels, although this is more a matter of guest behaviour than the hotel itself.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay — the hotel and facilities were great, but the room really let the experience down."
