"OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx"

"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter.

"My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained.
I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff.
I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)"

"Esse hotel já deveria ter fechado há muito tempo. O lugar parece abandonado. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Extremamente escuro e difícil de chegar aos quartos, que tem móveis velhos e ruins. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Ninguém sequer trocou as toalhas no segundo dia e não havia ninguém para levar novas toalhas no quarto. A sugestão foi que eu fosse andando no frio, já que tinha que percorrer uma certa distância ao ar livre, para pessoalmente buscar toalhas novas.
Ninguém limpou o quarto,...
