"The host answers quickly. The property is clean and quiet. The location is good. I didn’t like the shower head but that’s just my preference there’s nothing wrong with it. They have a Keurig which I love. It’s just a nice place to be. There’s a huge tree that drops acorns everywhere and that attracts squirrels I enjoyed watching them. There’s a porch swing under the pergola and I enjoyed sitting there."

"This property is just like the pictures. It's within a close drive to the beachs and short drive to Destin.Steven did a excellent job at answering all my questions from the booking the property to checking out. He texted to make sure our stay was going great and did I need anything. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDING BOOKING THIS PROPERTY. "

"The most amazing family stay at the bay in Florida, and we truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by so many dolphins swimming right out front – it was such an exciting way to kick off our trip.The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking every single day — like something out of a postcard. Our kids had the best time fishing off the dock and were catching fish after fish, which kept them busy and happy for hours. The paddle boards and kayaks were a huge...

"The house was beautiful and very good overall for the first 2 nights although the pool was a little unclean but I think it was from the grass being cut. The owner did get someone out to clean it for us though. The last couple of nights we did excperiance a power outage which did make the air not work and power in the kitchen and half the house be off for the remaining of our trip. This did include the kitchen appliances to not be working and the only air was the fans."

"Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space. "

"Accommodated our large group. Pool was amazing! Had one small hiccup at check in which lead to getting in house later, but manager was on top of things and got it fixed! Overall a great stay and will be back hopefully! "

"Our service crew needed a house near Hurlburt AFB for a two-week job we were contracted for. The house had a perfect location to the AFB, although the neighborhood was tad seedy, and had a rooster crowing, just a few annoyances. The interior and all the furnishings were very nice and comfortable, no complaints."

It is a perfect location for visitors to feel like a "local" but to explore all parts of FWB, Destin and beyond.
