The Space:

Treat yourself to a mountain getaway in the comfort of your own home located just steps from the Wedding Garden. This spacious residence offers access to the First Tracks shuttle service and is positioned right across from the recreational path for easy access to the base area or mountain biking on Gothic Road. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing sunroom, and two distinct living areas. The entry level includes a private apartment area with a queen bedroom, a small living space, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. The second floor hosts the main living area, featuring a full kitchen, a dining space with a wood burning fireplace, a den, and a half bathroom. The third floor accommodates four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a twin over double bunk bed plus a twin trundle. Please note that garage parking is not available, though the garage houses the washer and dryer. Driveway parking is provided for three vehicles.



Please note there is not parking in the garage. You only have access to the garage for use of the washer/dryer. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking in Mr. Crested Butte. The Town of Mt. CB will tow the car at the owner's expense.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car during your stay to explore all that the Gunnison Valley has to offer, but it is not required. This home has access to the "First Tracks" on-call shuttle service to get you to the slopes or to town.
