Just a 5-minute walk to the base area and free shuttle to town, it's close enough to head home for lunch on the sunny deck before heading back out for more laps. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, or curl up by the stone fireplace after a day of mountain adventures. A separate 1BD/1BA apartment above the garage is included with the rental.



The entry level holds three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath—two with two twin beds each, and one with a twin/queen bunk—plus a separate entertainment area with TV and a large sofa, ideal for kids of any age. This level also includes the large hot tub and a wine cellar (unstocked, but ready for your own bottles).



The main floor offers a queen bedroom with an oversized bath featuring a steam shower, alongside the expansive, vaulted living room and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with Bosch and Viking appliances, granite countertops, and 2 dishwashers. A large dining table accommodates family-style meals, while the leather sofa seats up to 8 near a cozy stone gas fireplace. The west-facing deck just off the living space offers a grill, table, and seating for 8—perfect for a sunset dinner.



The primary suite occupies the 3rd floor, with a king bed and a spa-like bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower.



The garage apartment sleeps an additional 3, with a queen bedroom, a double pull-out couch, full bath, kitchenette, dining table, and TV.



Sleeping capacity: Main house sleeps 11; with the garage apartment, the property sleeps 14 total. (Please note: all children and infants are included in the headcount.)



Bedroom breakdown: 3rd floor – King (primary); Main floor – Queen (junior primary); 1st floor – Queen/Twin bunk, 2 Twins, 2 Twins; Garage apartment – Queen bed plus a double sofa bed.



*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is in the digital guestbook.



PARKING: There is room for 6 cars. There are 2 parking spots inside the garage and 4 spots outside the garage. Absolutely no parking in the shared cul-de-sac.



LOCKER ACCESS: As a guest at 30 Treasury, you are allowed access to a ski locker located in the Dr. Moore building at the base area of Mt. Crested Butte. Details provided in the digital guestbook.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. Failure to comply with this request will result in a larger cleaning fee.

Guest Access:

Check in instructions are emailed 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Residential neighborhood close to the main base area at the ski resort. Full time residents nearby so this is NOT a party house.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the ski resort or bus transit center to take the free shuttle bus down to the town of Crested Butte. You can also request a free, on demand van service called "Fresh Tracks" to and from the house to the ski resort.
