First Floor

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one king, one queen—each enjoy their own en suite bathroom. At the back of the home, a bunk room with a large TV and PlayStation offers a fun retreat for kids or friends, with easy access to the hot tub just outside and a large shared full bath nearby. A mudroom and laundry room round out this level.



Second Floor

The heart of the home unfolds here: a chef-inspired kitchen with oversized, high-end appliances gives you all the space you need to cook for the whole group, alongside a square dining table that seats 8. The vaulted living area centers on a large gas fireplace and smart TV, with plenty of seating for game nights or simply unwinding after a day in the mountains. Step out to the deck for magnificent views, or head to the outdoor gas grill just off the kitchen, with stairs leading down to the hot tub and ground-level patio. The primary suite on this floor offers a king bed and a luxurious en suite bath with a soaking tub and steam shower. A 2-car garage, accessed via the alley, fits most average-size vehicles.

The entire top floor is a private second primary suite, featuring a king bed, a large en suite bath with soaking tub and shower, plus a twin daybed and desk—ideal as a quiet retreat or bonus space.
