The Space:

This stunning 5-bedroom, 4 full/2 half-bath home offers 360-degree mountain views and top-tier amenities throughout. Sleeping arrangements include 4 king beds and a bunk room (twin over queen, plus twin with trundle). Enjoy sunsets from the hot tub on the expansive deck with outdoor Sonos speakers, a stone fire pit (seasonal), a sunken master tub, private decks, and multiple wood and gas fireplaces. Parking accommodates 5 vehicles, including 1 in the garage.



The ground floor features a mud room entry with cubbies for gear, a den with gas fireplace, leather sectional, smart TV, and bar area, a separate media room with smart TV, chess board, and game table, a king bedroom with ensuite bath, a half bath, and a full laundry room.



The main living floor includes a chef's kitchen with oversized professional appliances, a butler's pantry (second fridge, sink, dishwasher), Ninja blender, and Keurig Duo. The living room offers a wood fireplace, smart TV, telescope, and deck access, while the dining room seats 10 (plus 8 more at the counters). Outdoor spaces include a screened-in porch, large deck, and a patio with grill, Green Egg, hot tub, fire pit, and Sonos speakers. This floor also has a king bedroom with ensuite bath, and a second king bedroom sharing a full bath with the bunk room.



The third floor holds the master suite (king bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, private deck, ensuite bath), a large office with mountain and ski resort views plus a private deck, and a sitting area with smart TV and mini fridge.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



This property has 5 parking spaces total, 1 is in the garage.  You will NEED 4WD or AWD in winter months to access this property.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

We do NOT allow parties of any kind, bachelor, bachelorette, weddings, rehearsal dinners or any other types of parties/gatherings.  Only 13 people are allowed in/on the property at any time.
