This 3BR/3BA 4th floor corner residence has great views of the southern

mountain range from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door in the

living room along with a private balcony to watch the sun set over Red

Mountain. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and the

living/dining area has lots of light with plenty of room for entertaining with

a wood burning fireplace as the focal point surrounded by comfortable

furnishings. Full laundry facilities in unit. Sleeps 8 with a King in the

master bedroom, a Queen bed in the master guest room, and a double and a bunk

bed in the guest room. Outside entry access.



Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards

from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can

hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte

Mountain Resort. Kids love the Adventure Center (mini-golf or rock climbing,

anyone?), and parents love the shops and base area restaurants (hello, happy

hour!). The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel style

services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need

to be independent, while a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot

tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel.
