Enjoy mild evenings on two private balconies - one with direct access to the garden/courtyard through the dining room, the other accessible via the hallway. Both balconies are covered and equipped with a table and chairs.The equipment includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the apartment, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, and 2-plate electric stove. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are of course provided.A private parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge.A small pet can be brought along after prior consultation.
