The orientation of the windows provides sunlight all day long: sunrise lights up the left side of the house, while sunset descends on the right. All around, there are stunning views of the Grignetta, Monte Due Mani, and the Piani di Bobbio.
Outdoors, the garden surrounds the house on all four sides, giving each apartment a dedicated space to enjoy the fresh air. The driveway allows comfortable parking for up to three cars inside the property.

Designed for families or groups, this apartment is spacious and full of natural light, featuring modern furnishings, a large living area, and a private balcony.
·       Entrance into a large hallway with storage closet and independent boiler ·       Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher ·       Living room with sofa bed, armchair, TV, and lounge area with designer table ·       Dining area with designer table and chairs ·       Direct access to the private terrace ·       Double bedroom with open wardrobe ·       Second bedroom with bunk bed (can be separated into two single beds) and wardrobe ·       Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
