"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is at the good location with easy parking. The hotel needs some serious updates, The rooms are very small with older carpet. The windows were shut, so there was no airflow."

"Nice area -convenient. Clean room, comfy bed, quiet stay. Towels were a little rough maybe needed fabric softener when washing. Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee, juice, toast, cereal and a waffle maker. Saves you some $$. People are nice and helpful. They do need to empty outside trash receptacles. Not sure where all the trash comes from but anytime there's a trash can anywhere trash seems to show up. :("

"Our stay overall was great! The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. The North Shore walking trail is absolutely beautiful!! I was very surprised that smoking is allowed in the casino. I didn’t appreciate smelling like stale cigarettes at the end of the night, especially these days when smoking isn’t allowed anywhere indoors. Also, request a higher floor as we were right above the terrace rooms on the river side, and people were partying right below us until well into...

"The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater."

"They didn't come in everyday to clean and give us new towels even after we asked. We were there 3 nights and no new clean sheets or towels"

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."
