"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. "Very nice vacation accommodation where we lacked for nothing. The parking space that comes with it is worth its weight in gold in St Ives. For those who prefer to travel by public transport, buses stop right outside the door or are a 5-minute walk away, as is the train to St Est. The location is also phenomenal. The city center is just around the corner, and all the beaches are within walking distance. Thank you very much, also for the uncomplicated communication with the nice landlords."
