"As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot."
"Elk Trace Bed and Breakfast was an incredible experience. The "big" house was incredible. Like a combination of a cabin / manor house. Beautiful on the outside and inside, nestled on 102 acres of pristine Colorado (San Juan Forrest) wilderness yet still fairly close to civilization in Pagosa Springs. The room was perfectly sized with a king bed. The place is dog friendly. The owner, Evelyn, even volunteered to watch one of our yappy dogs while we went on a carriage ride around the property...

"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "
"I really enjoyed my stay at the Nightingale motel. It’s a modern cabin vibe, which I loved! The room was super clean and comfortable and the customer service was attentive. There’s a really good restaurant right next to the motel literally just walking out of your room; you have to have one of their burgers they are delicious. There is not much light during the nighttime so just keep that in mind. Def recommend if you want something more affordable than the resort and it is only about 2 mins...
"Nice tidy budget hotel that is run by a very fine gentleman from Poland. It is basic but clean and in good repair. A little hard to see from the main road, but consider it a slightly hidden gem. Modest but satisfactory breakfast (continental). We met interesting people from Australia, France, and Texas at this cozy, simple hotel. "

"Our stay was a very good one because Jessica a staff member. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans and our pet!!"
