Peaceful cottage nestled in the trees

Come enjoy our little piece of heaven in this serene cottage nestled in the trees. We are a beautiful 35 minute drive from downtown Waco and Baylor. The relaxing outdoor space, charming interior and ambiance will make you wish for more days in the country. Unwind on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the peace and tranquility.

Our 2 story cottage sleeps up to 6 people. Great retreat when visiting your Baylor student or exploring Waco attractions.

The cottage is a separate building with a private entrance near the main house. Close parking with a pull cart provided by the entry to help with unloading and loading your belongings.

Great place to relax and enjoy nature

The cabin was spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed sitting on the couch and watching the wildlife through the large window. All the windows were especially clean. That amazed me because I know how hard it is to keep windows clean.

Great Getaway Spot

We stayed for my daughter's sweet 16 sleepover weekend. It was me, her and her 2 best friends. My mother and sister came for a short visit too. It was great to have somewhere safe enough for just girls to get away from busy life, relax and reset. Definitely wish I couldve afforded an additional day. 2 nights were not enough!!

Palo Duro Canyon Trail Team headquarters

We were supporting the Bush Organization with trail maintenance and support of the Warrior 100 event at Prairie Chapel Ranch. This location was very convenient. The cottage gave us a quiet and extremely comfortable place to clean up and rest in between operations. Hot water was plentiful and the beds very comfortable.

A quiet getaway

We loved our stay and the property is beautiful. My husbands family farm is just down the road so it was perfect to have this available to us. Very quiet and quaint. It had everything that you needed and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances if you needed to cook. My toddler enjoyed exploring outside where we would sit and sip our coffee on the porch. If youā€™re looking for a relaxing stay to get away from the city sounds, this place is it! Thanks again, weā€™ll be back soon.
