"Loved the property. Home well-maintained and well-appointed. Clean and comfortable. The kayaks, canoe and dock were our favorites! Trevor, the homeowner was accessible for answering questions or taking care of any issues. On day 1 there was a problem with one of the major appliances and I texted Trevor, who responded immediately and solved the problem quickly. Recommend without hesitation."

"Three generations (11 of us) stayed for several Thanksgiving days. Played cards & games, went for walks & bike rides, cooked & ate meals together. The house and locale was just what we'd hoped: quiet, away from it all, very welcoming, room for all, comfortable and clean. The bay - so close! - was gorgeous even off-season. There were pretty sunsets and crystal-clear stars in dark night sky. Even the rainy day was lovely - view from the cozy indoors can't be beat. Much gratitude for sweet family...

"Excellent communication from the owner, Julie and the property manager. Our family (newborn to adults) stayed at this property while in town for a wedding at Rousby Hall. We were a quick and easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. The house was very clean and nicely set up to accommodate our group. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house than we did. "Photos are accurate and it was great to have a dock to go out on. It was very peaceful. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch any fish or crabs in late August. House has a comfortable layout. Lots of outdoor games for kids. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Close to Cambridge lighthouse, RAR brewery, and blackwater nature reserve. NOTE: If you plan on cooking with your group, I’d recommend bringing some basics, knives and serving bowls. The kitchen did have good pans, pots and lids. "

"What a wonderful stay we had! The house was so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company. We enjoyed the brisk mornings on the porch and the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and linens. The scenery and landscape in the area are breathtaking. Every turn provided another incredible view of the water. Fishing Creek is close to so many beautiful, quaint towns along the Chesapeake Bay. Highly recommend!"
