Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire chalet. Parking is convenient with a private garage for two cars, including an EV charger, plus 1–2 additional outdoor spaces. Street parking is also available. Self check-in allows for a flexible and seamless arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Experience a true alpine winter with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the renowned Crans-Montana ski slopes. The area also offers scenic winter hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails through snow-covered meadows and frozen vineyards.



Explore local attractions, including the Crans-Montana Winegrowers, gourmet restaurants, and various cultural events that make this region so special.



Getting Around:

Next to bus station "Randogne Village" - you can reach the valley station of Crans Montana in just 15 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, it takes approximately 7 minutes by car to reach the valley station.



Other Things to Note:

• Local Requirements: In accordance with Swiss regulations, guests are required to complete a registration form. Depending on the platform you booked through, a City Tax and Security Deposit may be charged separately.

• A Note on Nature: Our chalet is nestled in a beautiful natural setting. Due to this, you may occasionally notice small insects or spiders indoors. This is a normal part of the alpine environment.



Whirlpool Usage – Important Information

Enhance your stay with private whirlpool access! Please note that extra conditions apply to ensure the best experience.



Whirlpool Booking Conditions:

• Extra Cost: The whirlpool is available for an additional fee of CHF 250, covering water exchange, electricity, and maintenance.

• Separate Reservation Required: The whirlpool must be booked separately via a third-party link after confirming your main reservation.

• Advance Booking Required: To ensure proper preparation, the whirlpool must be reserved at least one week before your arrival.

• Minimum Stay Requirement: Available only for stays of 4 nights or longer.

• Heating Time Notice: If there are back-to-back bookings, please note that the whirlpool may take up to a full day to reach full temperature. It will likely be fully heated by the second day of your stay.
