Welcome to The White House at Smith Lake - Whether you're coming to Smith Lake to play or relax and take in the gorgeous views, this beautiful, brand new, 4 bedroom home has plenty to offer. Located just a short drive from 65, and a 5 min boat ride to Trident Marina, the house is conveniently accessible by both land water.

With 4 bedrooms, two living areas, two decks and it's own PRIVATE dock you'll have all that you need for a little R and R on the water. This gorgeous home is new construction with all new furniture / mattresses / linens and ready to host your group! Our home can easily accommodate 5 cars.

2 Full size refrigerators. 5 smart TVs are in the home ready for any of your streaming services. 75mb internet utilizing Eero Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We also have a gas grill located on the upper deck.

Don't forget to rent a boat as soon as you book! We also provide our guests with private sources for rental pontoons not available to the public - they deliver to your dock!

Minimum age to book - 25 years old (Photo ID required prior to check in). No smoking, no pets.

We provide high quality bed linens, bath towels, lake towels, and a well equipped kitchen. Please let us know if there is a certain necessity needed before check-in. A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish tabs, and trash bags is provided, but will not last your entire stay.

This place is an absolute gem — a true 5-star stay from start to finish.The moment we walked in, you could tell it was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully put together. It even smelled fresh, which is something I always notice right away. The entire home just felt comfortable and inviting.The lake view is what really sets this place apart — it’s stunning and so peaceful. Whether you’re sitting outside or just looking out the windows, it gives you that calm, quiet feeling you hope for when you book a getaway. The property itself is private enough that you’re not on top of anyone else, which made it even more relaxing.Inside, everything was exactly what we needed and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked, the towels were great quality, and the bathtub was perfect for unwinding. And I have to say — the bedding matters to me, and they nailed it. The sheets were clean, soft, and felt updated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, just the two of us, and it was perfect — peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed. That said, it’s also set up in a way that would be great for a family or even multiple families without feeling crowded.The host was wonderful — easy to reach, responsive, and made everything simple.We will absolutely be back. I’d recommend this place without hesitation.

45th Birthday Celebration

We took 11 ladies to enjoy a weekend celebrating our niece’s 45th birthday. The house is beautiful and has wonderful amenities! The views from the deck are stunning. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this property!

Amazing White House

This house is the perfect lake experience. A wonderful blend of modern and comfort that provides the needed relaxation for the adults while the teens have their own space. Views are amazing from all levels. The master bedroom and on suite is exquisite. The pictures are exactly how the house looks and feels. We will be back soon and would recommend this house to anyone that wants the experience of a luxury home at the lake

316 Whitehouse visit was awesome. The house is absolutely beautiful. The owners Conrad and Stephanie cannot be beat when it comes to Great Southern Hospitality. Great vacation spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Can't wait to return for our next vacation.

Lovely spot for reunion with old friends

We loved the open space with tons of natural light, ample seating, and access to the lake. From playing cards to baking cookies to a charter boat sunset ride, The White House was an awesome spot to rest, reconnect, and have fun with old friends from across the country.

Lakation 2023

We were very pleased with our property choice. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night. We rented a pontoon boat and the lady delivered it and picked it up at our private dock. The house was great for a lot of people. we only had 8 but it sleeps more. The 2 story layout was great. The owners were very willing to please. The lake was wonderful. We will be going back and will be staying at this property. We definately reccomend it.

Smith Lake Vacation

The property was beautiful and as pictured. Going down to the lake was fun but going back up to the house was a workout 😂. I’d recommend bringing extra towels if more than one family staying at the house. We had to wash towels daily.

Literal Heaven

There is nothing but love for this AMAZING house, owners, and experience! We have been to Smith Lake many times and feel like we hit the jackpot with this one! Prettier than pictures, which is what sold me in the first place! From the moment we arrived, we searched for nothing, and every question we had was answered immediately. Comfy beds, furniture, and beautiful views! I would give this 10 stars if possible. We will be forever guests of Conrad and Stephanie’s!

Amazing Experience

From the beginning Conrad was very informative and engaging! Upon arrival the home was much much more than I could imagine! Home was gorgeous, view was beautiful, location was secluded, and peaceful. Only downfall was T-mobile and Verizon users had no service.
