"Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being...

"What a beautiful property. A real feeling of luxury throughout. Incredible attention to detail is clear with the very best of appliances and technology. Warm and friendly hosts. "Äußerst ansprechendes, historisches Gebäude, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen. Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein kleiner Garten, man darf aber den sehr weitläufigen Garten der Gastgeber nutzen. Das Haus liegt idyllisch und abgeschieden, dennoch erreicht man in kurzer Zeit (1/2h bis 1h) Orte wie Stirling, Dunkeld, St. Andrews oder Edinburgh. Auch Geschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. "

Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

"Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!"

"The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. "This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator"
