"Grandparents from down south catching up with Queensland children and grandchild. Perfect for what we needed, lots of thoughtful extras such as games for us all to play, not just the one child. Everything we needed for meal prep, and such a quiet location with beach access,plus the pool for the times when the beach is windy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you."

"You can't beat the location. The house was beautiful and really made our holiday that much better. We did have to clean the showers a little bit when we first arrived as they had some scum build up but cleaning supplies were readily available and that was the only hiccup for our week long stay. The amenities provided were amazing. The heated pool was a plus for our son. And the distance to both the beach and the town was amazing. Communication for check in and out was top tier. Highly recommend!...

"We travelled with another family, so there were 8 of us. It was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed, communication from the property managers was great and we felt it was a good price. Palm cove is a lovely spot, and close to all of the touristy things in Cairns. The only very minor negative thing is the street layout, with no pavement walkway to the beach. (You can access the water front by walking on the roadside or grassed verge)."

"This was our second stay here, and it will always be our first choice for future holidays to Port Douglas! The property is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, Macrossan Street, and the Marina, so we could easily enjoy morning swims, shopping, and great dining without needing the car.Elaine is a truly wonderful host. "We enjoyed staying at Villa Blue for our time in Palm Cove/Cairnes. The back patio and pool was beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. Property manager responded straight away when we needed help. Kitchen had everything we needed and an Nespresso coffee maker. This was a perfect location between Cairnes and Port Douglas for day trips."
