"This property was clean and quiet despite being right next to the freeway. The room was nicely updated, and the grounds were well manicured. The pool area was surrounded by plants and flowers. There was a large area to park our truck and trailer."

"Early check in was a very difficult, actual manager was very un-accommodating checked guests in ahead of me (I was there 20 minutes prior) then told me it would be a few more minutes…
Swimming pool was green in color zero chlorine present!
Room had white spots on carpet close to the bed, not sure what it was, could’ve been bleach spots.
Definitely felt service was compromised because I was an Expedia customer!!

"Outside building was in serious need of paint or siding.
Front desk person struggled to understand us a manager came to help.
The door to our room was open when we arrived. Requested that front desk employee check it out before we went in.
The filter for the heating/cooling unit in our room was on the floor and very dirty.
TV was hung on the wall with the legs still attached.
Vanity sink had a lot of stubble and dried toothpaste in it.
Dirty sock underneath the vanity.
Bathroom floor was...
