"This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. "

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

"Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. "Believe me the photos do not do justice to this cabin. If you want to be in the quiet woods in Vermont, this is your place. Looks brand new and is clean and comfortable. "My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again."
