"i had checked in late at night the attendant Kay was very rude the room had bed stains and the heater did not work . the tv also did not work. we were offered to change rooms we changed rooms me and my children were very uncomfortable and itchy my child started to break out i went back down stairs for a refund for my next days and kay rolled her eyes gave me attitude i felt very offended especially since i was the only african american in the office her boyfriend was there and she was even rude...

" Room was clean and had a nice view of the marina, the staff was friendly. There was one guy at the front desk- whose name I forgot- but he was THE BEST! He was super helpful and suggested things to do and places to eat. We normally stay in Air BnBs but we are coming back to this hotel simply because he made out stay exemplary. "

"Eggs were hot and fresh each day. Potatoes were gross and the grits were all gone each day when we got there. Coffee was hot and delicious. Never got my room cleaned or bed made in 4 days. They just picked up towels. "

"The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants."

"Very clean and well stocked. I do recommend buying your own tp n paper towels tho, it's sand paper. Very easy check in and out. Fast response for maintenance or service, simple text. "

"Good for price, amenities could use a boost. Pool was good for my kids, but the lazy river needs to be monitored due to young teens swimming through while people were trying to float "

"Very clean, beautiful resort, would definitely come again. Nice warm pool water and great beach access. Workout room could use work. More staff in the morning hours during breakfast would be helpful for seating and coffee bar."
