I know my way around this general area (NW NV, SE OR) and I have to say that this is probably the best place to stay that I've come across. If you're ever curious about life at a ranch in this area, but you're unsure if you should give this place a try, don't worry: you'll be in a very good place here and will experience unforgettable moments. Everyone at the ranch is laid-back and super friendly and helpful if you need anything. There are a ton of things to do at the ranch as well as nearby. Besides the things we did on and near the ranch, we went as far as Steens Mtn. and the Alvord hot springs in OR. That's a doable day trip, depending on how much you like driving. The inside of the rental, as well as everything else about it, is flawless. And the ranch itself is one of the nicest ones I've seen.

Directions to the property were inaccurate. Refrigerator was half filled with open condiments (some expired) and partially eaten food. Used soap (with black curly hair on it) was in the soap dish. Wifi would allow texting but connection to the internet was intermittent. Three occupied trailers were right next to the property. Additional door to the bathroom is an exterior door that leads directly to those trailers. Bugs on the bedding. Single small window air conditioner was inadequate to cool the entire house, especially the upstairs loft. The upstairs loft requires you to duck under a roof support that sits three feet above the floor. Internet password was 69696969 (I don’t find that junior high school humor appropriate) Check out instructions include making the beds (isn’t the bedding being washed?), washing the dishes and taking your trash with you. Host did not respond to complaints about issues.
