Cozy Current Cabin

Arrival:
The road to our driveway is an ATV trail. Use caution coming in and out of the driveway, especially backing onto the trail. The ATV-ERS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY.

You may notice have a security camera overlooking the driveway. This is part of our security protocol for your protection and ours. Please note, this is the only place we have monitored by camera.

Similar to most cabins in the woods, the tap water is NOT suitable for drinking. We provide fresh water in the water cooler in the kitchen. As for cooking and bathing, the water is perfectly fine.

The hot tub cover is a two-person job. If you're staying as one guest, only open half. Use the handles and please do NOT pull on the flaps.
Please note that this is a cabin in the woods. We have pet-safe bait boxes set up around the house (indoor and outdoor) for the occasional critter. We do everything we can to keep them under control and for the most part, have had no issues.

The driveway is on a dirt path that will get mucky in spring weather. Mostly sandy grounds and dries quickly.

The fire pit is not maintained in the winter months but can be used at renters' discretion.

There is a 25$ fee for pets. Please let us know in your booking request if you are bringing your pets.

Just a heads-up:

When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.

CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO.
1. Please be extremely careful around the screens. We will have to bill out any damages.
2. If leaving patio doors open for any reason make sure they are secured so they do not slam shut.
3. Excessive alcohol in a hot tub is extremely dangerous. please read up on why drinking in a hot tub is not safe.
4. Leave your garbage inside in the garbage can to prevent rodents.
5. Please clean your dishes and put them away.
5. Always step in the hot tub where the pipe is. It is a higher step inside the tub.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome upon request for a one-time fee of $45. To help us keep the space clean for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
Keep doors closed to any unused rooms.
Pick up after your pet outdoors.
If there is excessive pet hair, please do your best to clean it up.
We love having furry friends join us, but they do add to the cleaning time. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy!
