The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them. "Custo benefício muito bom. Hotel bem localizado, perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso e apesar de antigo, tem comodidade de um apart-hotel. Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e prestativo. O problema é a limpeza. Quase inexistente. Praticamente só trocam as toalhas e arrumam a cama. O minimo de limpar e/ou lavar o banheiro não é executado."
