With a private gate into Cowes Golf Course, a short walk to Central Cowes and an even shorter walk to Phillip Islands best bay beach our home is ideal if you are looking to really unplug, unwind and relax.

This is our home that we list for peak periods, it is ideal for ethical people to book that can respect our house & belongings.

Our 4 chooks live here in a secure pen.

We have no dishwasher.

Just 400m from the court lies Cowes front beach - a flat bay beach that gets beautiful pockets of warm water on low tide.
Your own private gate onto the Golf Course, a short walk to tennis courts, football ground, skate park and Main Street, you can leave the car and wind down into everything the island offers.

This is our personal house that we lease out for peak periods, we encourage guests whom can respect our belongings, our home and our chickens rather than a holiday house to enquire about staying. Please don't book if you can't communicate clearly with us and plan to invite extra people.

The home is a Classic elevated beach house with all living on Level 1 plus an undercover outdoor deck with BBQ.
An undercover area and the laundry on Ground Floor.
It has a wood fire, split system heating air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area includes a flat screen TV and a selection of DVD's.

Bedroom configurations are as follows:
~ 1 King room (king bed)
~ 1 queen room (1 queen + 1 single bed)
~ 1 Single room (1 king single bed + floor mattress by request)

The home has 1 bathroom, a seperate toilet in the laundry and a heated outdoor shower.

Our 4 chooks Glide, Fluffy, Chomp and Mei live here in a secure pen. They are self sustainable and you do not need to care for them, unless you would like to collect the fresh eggs.

Linen is included in all bookings.
