Weekend to attend wedding.

Lovely modern home. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great heating suite 2 families. Walking distance to Main Street and great coffee shop.

Friends getaway

We wanted space for 3 couples to have a weekend away and got it. Great place, clean and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom which was great. The house was clean and in a quiet street, walking distance to the shops and pubs. We were entertained by kookaburras on the fence whilst we relaxed on the balcony. The house provided everything we needed for a weekend away even space for 3 cars. Will definitely return someday. The only negative was the lounge that only seated 5 people when there is bedding for 10. Another couch would have been great.

Prime holiday house location and destination!

We had 8 guests stay in this home for two nights and it fit everybody perfectly with no complaints and will without doubt become my go to Phillip island accommodation if and when available! The location of this home could not be anymore central to everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay on the island! Only two things that could be looked at in future and that is adding wifi to the property given this day and age everything and everyone uses wifi, and also maybe look at getting an optional baby gate for the base of the stairs for younger children as it may pose a risk. But other than that 5 stars and beyond for this luxury townhouse!

Excellent accommodation close to everything in Cowes. Ideal for dogs and large families. Would have been even better if it had Wifi.

After staying in many rental properties for weekends spent at the racing track, this home was modern, clean, supplied clean towels, sheets and doona's. Great off street parking, heating which worked a treat, so close to the township and i would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending to others.

Real Estate problem

Wanted to share my experience with Oā€™Brien real state, on a day we arrived noticed the fridge had water leaking, it made all over the kitchen wet rang real estate no one answered left an emergency voice mail no one get back to me till next two days, We had to buy all our grocery shopping again (the one we had to keep in the fridge as didnt have fridge for two days) It fixed itself after two days though also they havent left any dishwasher tabled or liquid to use Not happy with their service

"Luxe" for sure, perfect

This property lived up to the description and is exactly what is advertised and more. Great for a couple of families with the 2 storey configuration. It's lovely, lots of room, generous outside area. I'd like to rent it again

O Brian real estate

We couldnā€™t locate the accommodation Called O Brian real estate they said they did not know were it was saying they managed over 450 properties then hung up on us very dissatisfied. We ended up located the accommodation. Will not be staying here again when in Phillip island.

Spacious & Clean!

We had a lovely motherā€™s day weekend with 3 families comfortably staying at the house. Kids loved their own space upstairs! The house was so clean and perfect location being only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Thanks for having us!
