Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This modern single-level holiday house features a powerful outdoor spa/jacuzzi in a spacious backyard, ideal for relaxation. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sleek kitchen/dining area, and 2 living spaces, this home offers ample room for comfort and enjoyment.

Nestled on a tranquil street just a short stroll from the stunning Red Rocks beach, this charming beach house invites you to unwind in style.

With two spacious living areas, each boasting a massive 65-inch smart TV, and a garage transformed into a fun-filled games room featuring table tennis, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Retreat to the expansive master bedroom, complete with a cozy queen bed, private ensuite, and its own 65-inch smart TV for ultimate relaxation. This single-level gem offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a main bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet), and endless comfort.

Step outside to soak in the luxurious outdoor endless spa with jacuzzi, perfect for starry evenings. Stay cool or cozy with split-system air conditioning and heating, and savor modern conveniences like free WiFi, a UHD 4K Netflix subscription, and an Xbox console for entertainment.

Whip up a quick snack with the sandwich press, brew your morning cup with the coffee machine (pods included), or fire up the BBQ for a seaside feast. The large laundry, equipped with a sink, washing machine, dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner, makes staying longer a breeze.

With three 65-inch smart TVs, a table tennis table, and all the comforts of home, this beach house is your perfect coastal escape. Come make memories by the sea!

The house bedding configuration is as follows:

Master Bedroom: One Queen bed

Bedroom 2: One Queen bed 

Bedroom 3: One Queen bed  

Bedroom 4: Two Tri bunks (each bunk bed has one double bottom and one single top).

Porta Cot & highchair are stored at the property as permanent fixtures and are available for your use.

Guests will be sent detailed information via direct email. This will include instructions for the location of the key box and the key box code. Guests will have our contact details and are welcome to contact us at any time during their stay.

GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.

Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.

Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be revertedback to the standard checkout time of 10am.

HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.

The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.

The house itself is lovely but severely lacking in things like baking trays and so on so we had to eat out each night. The spa is unusable as fence is too close to spa so unless you are extremely skinny you can't get the lid off and even though I took a step with me there was no room for it unless I could jam the safety gate open so I have cancelled my booking for the New Year as this one was so disappointing and the spa desperately needed to be cleaned and the filters changed. So all I can honestly say is it was a lovely house but severely lacking everything else , even the games room was lacking just a couple of card games useable, even couch leg was broken in family room. So really not impressed with what I wasted my money on.

My friends and I have been working a lot and so we looked for a place to relax and wind down. Luckily we found this accomodation because it was just perfect. Although our initial plan was to go out to the beaches to go fishing and sight seeing, the weather didn’t allow us to. But there were no worries because the accomodation provided us with all the fun activities we needed. We utilised the spa which was a nice treat, and played with a lot of the board games and ping pong table provided. Overall it was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone looking at this property.

We had 3 families all with kids under one roof and the house was perfect size to accommodate us all. Everything clean and tidy, only a short 5 min drive into town. We would happily stay again.

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful enormous house. It's the perfect base for a holiday stay and the hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. We loved our time at Elvington.

Newly built house with four bedrooms and a double garage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis table. Also had some card games available to use. Flat grassed block with hot tub that can comfortably fit 6- 8 people. Good selection of kitchen appliances, crockery , glasses and cutlery but only 1 pairing knife for chopping. A bread knife and 1-2 chopping knives would have been handy as would have a platter or two but we made did with what we had. Also a washing basket and outdoor clothes line (although there was a clothes horse) would have been handy when hanging up washing, again we made do. Was awesome to be able to avail of Netflix and free WiFi also. Property is located in an estate off Ventnor Road.

Wonderful stay, we stayed over the weekend with another family, and despite the weather turning bad, there was plenty to do to keep the families entertained and having a good time. The hot tub especially was a highlight with it being ready to use as soon as we got to the house. The house was clean, and well furnished and decorated, and made it a great stay for us. It was close to Cowes for picking up food or having dinner as well.

Very neat and well presented accommodation, both inside and outside. Spa was pre-heated when we arrived so we could simply start using. BBQ was cleaned and ready for use. We loved the games room and kitchen features. Simply a home away from home. Best place to spend time with my wife, kids and their spouses. Will definitely recommend and use again.

This was a great place to rent and we loved having the spa. A few points of interest - the spa fence is so close to the spa its hard to get the cover off and very hard to get in and out. It needs stairs!! The black tan bark out the front leaves black paint on your shoes when wet. And then gets bought back inside The island had a power outage and we couldn't find any matches in the house to light the stove to cook the kids breaky. All of the island was out of power so we had to just leave

Me and my hubby went on a little honeymoon even though with COVID-19 and hardly anything to do in Phillip island the house was everything internet spa and kitchen it’s all we needed had to book two extra nights and Mauro was very helpful thanks once again definitely recommend it will come back again
