This beautiful, well equipped, luxurious apartment has a magnificent view of the beach. It has a large lounge and kitchen. The main bedroom also faces the beach with king bed, ensuite, and walk in wardrobe. Two other bedrooms one with King Bed or 2 singles, other with 2 single beds, both with large wardrobe space. There is another large bathroom with a bath and shower recess.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SELF CONTAINED APARTMENT NOT A SERVICED APARTMENT. LINEN PACKAGE IS SUPPLIED. The apartment is on the fifth floor. The apartment has a lift and security entry. The large decking has a 270% view overlooking the water to the mainland and to French Island. Walk downstairs and you are in the midst of the shopping centre and the main street of Cowes. The rooms are spacious and well set out. From this apartment you can enjoy everything at your doorstep.

WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET AND NETFLIX IS ALSO AVAILABLE.

The central location of this apartment is unsurpassed. Across the road from the ferry. Shopping and beach at your doorstep. Most other attractions are a short drive away. Surf beaches etc. 10 Minutes drive to the world famous "Little Penguin" Parade. View koalas at the Koala Park, and take the children to the small Nature Zoo.

Beautiful outlook, meticulously maintained and extensively equipped property. All the finer details have been thought through in this property that you should not need a thing when you arrive. We stayed with extended family over Christmas and managed to cook a few elaborate meals and wanted for nothing in the kitchen which is not common in holiday accommodation. The property itself well thought through, really comfortable and main ensuite has a stunning renovation.A big balcony let's you take in the lovely view with plenty of room to sit outside for a meal.Very responsive service and support from Jennifer who also went out of her way to get an item I left behind back to me. Thank you, it was a great stay

A perfect location, with easy access to shops and beach. The apartment has every modern amenity provided for. Thick walls block noises from others. A great balcony, provides additional space for sitting and eating.

We had a wonderful time at Cowes. The apartment has the most amazing view, we even had front row seats to the fireworks which was a nice surprise. The location of the apartment is fantastic so close to everything you could want. Thanks Jennifer for having such a fantastic property, we will be back for sure.

This is a wonderful apartment, amazing location, very spacious , well presented with all we could have asked for in holiday accommodation. We especially loved the great sun deck overlooking the ocean. Most meals were eaten out there.

We have stayed in many different types of accomodation in Cowes, this was the best by far. Very clean, very large balcony with a great view of the beack directly across the road and the main shopping and eating district right down stairs. We will be back soon.
