Elevated and modern with an open plan living room that leads out onto a beautiful deck overlooking Cowes Bay where you can relax and enjoy a beverage whilst watching the boats go by.

Featuring brand new furniture and fittings throughout, the well appointed kitchen contains all you need to wine and dine with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The living area contains comfortable couches, flats screen tv, dvd player and reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning.

3 beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and an ensuite, one with another queen sized bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds share the family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Both queen rooms have access to the balcony.

Go and explore the rock pools when the tides out.

This lovely home will not disappoint!

Please note downstairs is not accessible to guests.

Clean and neat property House is well maintained, the kitchen is well appointed (foil, extra dishwashing tablets tea towels etc) and other utensils are all provided for use, great airflow, lighting and layout of house/deck. Points that could use some improvement- Blockout blinds are needed in the bedrooms, mould in the base of the ensuite shower, bbq was dirty when we arrived (cleaned now) and the pipes loudly rattle on use of water - which wakes people up at night and could do with attention

The location was great. Nice house overall, furniture was old and falling apart. No wifi, there were dead bugs all insides the rooms. So disappointed considering the price of the house.

overall we did enjoy our stay, however a couple of things to note that were quiet disappointing regarding the house and amenities: - it doesn't state specifically in the property description that the backyard is not available when renting this property, which is quite disappointing for us as we have young children who love to run around and play. - there are many nails sticking out of the wooden patio on balcony which is very unsafe considering guests are walking out on that either bare foot or with socks on. my son scratched is foot several times and ripped through his socks šŸ˜’ - bbq not attractive to use in the condition it was left, so much grease build up. - couches very old and sagging, cannot sit comfortably at all - coffee table chair leg broken (all living room furniture pretty dated to be honest) - yellow recycle bin was placed inside of the locked gate so we couldn't use for all our recyclables

The property exceeded my expectations. It was wonderfully located for all that Phillip Island has to offer My only minor issue was with the lack of black out blinds or curtains. If you like being awoken at 6 oclock in the morning then it would be perfect but I would have preferred a longer lie in.

We did enjoy our stay at this property, it was in a great location with a short walk to the beach but there are improvements that really needs to be made. The beds are soft and very uncomfortable, my husband’s back was shot after a week of sleeping on it. The doona cover had stains on it. There are no block out blinds so as soon as the sun is out your up which is around 6:30. The pillows provided are super thin. The pipes were making a loud noise once the toilets were flushed. The couch was very lumpy and uncomfortable with duck feathers poking out and stabbing you. The showers needed to be cleaned some more. The DVD player didn’t work. We were hoping for the glorious views of the bay as we were staying over NYE but all the trees are overgrown so we couldn’t see the fireworks or the bay which was disappointing. Also there are some nails rising on the decking which my children happened to walk on. Overall it was a nice property.

Great location and spacious. Cleanliness was below expectations. Particularly the showers, kitchen sink and the mattress protector in the main bedroom. The pipes hammer very loudly when you flush the toilet and the bedrooms have sheer blinds which means you will be woken up around 6:30am whether you like it or not. Overall the property was very nice. With better cleaning and blockout blinds I would have given this 5 stars.

Great location and the house was very clean. Unfortunately it was not all positive, the DVD did not work, the mattress in the main room needs replacing, my partner and I had terrible nights sleep due to the sinking mattress, also the water hammer was so loud, it could have woken the dead and the trees brushed up against the house all night, No soap for the showers, which was fine, but maybe add it to the "what you need to bring list" as we were not expecting this and got caught out.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. The beds were comfortable and everything in general is good quality. We loved the kitchen, it’s spacious and well equipped. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and the beach is a few meters away. You need to bring your own linens. The barbecue wasn’t clean, so we ended up not using it. The DVD player didn’t work. Overall we had a lovely experience, but we were expecting great views of the bay and instead we had the view of a tree in the property that’s blocking maybe 80% of the view

We stayed for 5 nights in Jan 2022. Really enjoyed it - very nice, comfortable, clean property with most things catered for. The only (slight) drawback was no wifi, which is a bit of a mandatory thing these days. But in a way that wasn't so bad - helped to get the kids off their devices!

House was nice, but we experienced a few issues during our stay. The plumbing made really loud noises anything water was in use. The decking has raised nails all over the place, my son cut his foot. The house would have been great if it had WiFi, our phone reception was terrible for hot spotting. Also some block out curtains in the bedroom would have been great. The furniture is outdated and the couch is very uncomfortable. I hate being this person, but I wish the reviews before were more honest

A lovely presented home with everything needed for a relaxed getaway. Quiet location. Super clean with a gorgeous balcony. Enjoyed the bird life and views. Very reasonably priced. Short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay. The house is spacious, clean and close to beach in a quiet neighbourhood. The large deck allowed us to enjoy nature and especially the birds that reside there. There is no internet connection and the fridge and electronic entertainment system may need to be updated. Overall we really enjoyed the accommodation and would recommend it. If I visit Philip Island again I would like to stay here.

Could not have hoped for a better position, size, setup, facilities and ambiance. The magpies were happy to clean up after our amazing BBQ on the huge deck. The only issue may be if you are an overseas visitor hoping for wifi - not available but as locals on Telstra/Optus not an issue.
