"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. "The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! "

"We have stayed at a different ski house every weekend since the beginning of january and this was by far our favorite. The home is clearly a home that is loved by its owners, it is well cared for and well appointed. The location is perfect (10 minutes from jay and walking distance to dining and shopping). The river is right out the back door, with a little lawn and great outside living space. The home was comfortable for us, but we could have invited another family to stay with us! There are 4...

The cottage is very comfortable with just enough modern updates. The private beach is shared with the other homes on the road but not crowded. Sandy lake bottom that’s shallow for quite a ways out, great for kids. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We have already reserved for next year!"

"Wonderful property for a couples getaway or a friends trip to Jay Peak. The house was clean, spacious, and featured lots of unique amenities. We loved the loft beds, Game Room Basement, Fire Pits, wrap around porch, and the grill! We will surely be back. It was an added bonus that our beloved family pet was able to join us for the trip. Haleigh and Andrew were wonderful hosts that were easy to communicate with. "

"My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again."
