At the heart of Perigord Noir stone house near Sarlat, quiet and relaxing

The cottage is located on the hillside in a property of 6 ha fenced by hedge plant.
The cottage is restored stone facing south with panoramic views over countryside. It is located 1.7km from the village with all amenities first and at 1. 8 km from the famous pebble beach on the Dordogne River.

A large terrace allows you to relax facing a peaceful country. Near, there is your salt pool (10m x 4m) which has small submerged beaches perfectly suited for young children,and wide beach for resting. It is secure by alarm and fence with lockable gate.

From sunrise to sunset, pool enjoys maximum sunlight. It is provided with an outside shower, surrounded by a large beach in old pavings and equipped with sunbeds for your well being and relaxation.

Main house (ground floor):
Sitting area with sofa and fireplace, exposed beams, flat-screen TV, TNT, DVD, dining room with round table, dresser, with hob, microwave, fridge-freezer.
One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and wardrobe.
Second bedroom with one bed 90x190cm and a pull-out bed (adjustable in length from 1m to 2m).
A bathroom with washbasin and shower and toilet.
Extension part:
Lounge/office area with one bed 90x190cm with bathroom and washbasin and shower. Separate WC.
Kitchenette with hob and oven, fridge.
First floor: Playroom for young children (reduced height due to attic space). Access is secured by a security gate.

The main house and Extension are linked by a large south-facing terrace with panoramic countryside views.
Wifi access via fibre box repeater.
During the mid-season, there is electric heating in each room.
