"OK.... this may not be a totally fair review. As the Weston area had a devastating flood just days before. There were 2 of us (different rooms), both first floor. "Is a frequent traveler usually with one stop in that area on my way down south as a classic traveling salesman I don’t look for five star quality in a three star hotel but when I look at a three star hotel and it becomes a one star I get pissed off from a rude front reception to not even asking me about room options, but rather putting me in a handicap access room without even informing me or asking me and I prefer to leave handicap rooms for the handicap people that may check in later.
