With an incredible view of the surrounding mountains, this beautifully presented retreat is quietly located on the outskirts of the popular ski resort of Courmayeur. The property is nestled on a hillside within a traditional-style alpine chalet and enjoys access to a pretty terrace that’s perfect for alfresco dining and leads down to the garden.

Inside, the apartment is stylishly furnished and enjoys a bright and airy open-plan living space. One area is set up for dining with a large table and chairs, and the other is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen HDTV. This room also enjoys a fireplace and a small desk area.

The separate kitchen is equipped with; a small breakfast bar, an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, on the outskirts of Courmayeur (a 6-minute drive) one of Italy’s premier ski resorts in the Aosta Valley region of northwest Italy. The resort has a quaint, village-like atmosphere with cobbled streets and traditional alpine architecture. Guests can enjoy a range of boutiques, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute drive.

The resort is part of the larger Mont Blanc ski area, providing access to extensive ski terrain with a wide range of slopes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers.
