Located in the lower part of Courchevel, this 110 m² chalet welcomes up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate WC. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a double and an en-suite shower room, one with 2 single beds, and one with a double bed, sharing a family bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen features 2 fridge-freezers, an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, all suitable for 8 guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and a ski storage room.

Parking is available on the street, and a shuttle to Courchevel Le Praz is nearby. One pet is allowed; please mention it when booking. Parties are not permitted. Cleaning is not included; please return the chalet in the same condition as on arrival.



This authentic chalet, dating from around 1730, was fully renovated in 2025 while preserving original features like lime walls and exposed beams. Located in a historic hamlet near the Sainte-Catherine chapel (1584), you’re just 9 minutes from Le Praz thanks to a free, frequent shuttle. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the house, with the path just 20 meters away.
