For all your other needs, swing by the “Coop” (Cotuit Grocery) for handmade sandwiches, morning coffee, local wine, and baked goods. And don't forget to check out the Shops at Mashpee Commons for some of the best shopping on Cape Cod. Originally constructed before the Titanic set sail on its tragic journey, this house underwent a complete renovation in 2024, preserving its charming, original features. The result is a perfect blend of historic early 20th-century allure and modern comfort.
Step into the kitchen, which shines with white cabinets, granite counters, and a large center island with four high-boy seats. Stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, provide precise cooking control. Choose between a conventional drip coffee maker or a Keurig. The kitchen leads out to the patio and pool, with a half bath nearby.
The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, separated only by a bar with a wine fridge. The living room features a cozy sectional couch and a popular lounge chair recliner. Watch your favorite shows on the big flat screen mounted above the gas fireplace.
Sleeping Accommodations
On the second level, there are four bedrooms. Two of them are king suites, each with a king-size bed and a private full bath. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full hallway bath. Additionally, there is a sleeping area on the third level with some day beds and another full bath. The third level also features a new game room for you to enjoy.
