Hi Jim, I do apologize the pool was shutdown for remodel, never a good time to remodel a pool as it does limit the main amenities our park has to offer, especially this time of year. And wifi is complimentary in our lodges though in your cabin it is managed by a 3rd party Jabba. I would've been happy to work with you on getting a cabin with a view but when booking through the 3rd party, it is based upon what is available and listed at the time and what the user chooses. When I was messaging with you I was not aware of this request, though we did discuss that the pool would be closed. AC unit settings are designed that way so they don't freeze up in this climate as customers do try and get it so low that the unit ices up, however I do apologize for this inconvenience. I would be happy to make it up to you though, if you're going to be in this area again, I will be sure to get you a canyon view unit. Let me know when a good time is to call you.
