Perfection!

Not only is this property close to the University of Alabama, but it is a wonderful place to stay. It is a ranch, so it was great for my mother-in-law's mobility issues. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. It proved to be an excellent choice for our family during my daughter's graduation. Close enough to be on campus in a short drive but far enough away from the traffic and stress that you can relax.

This is an amazing rental. It is very clean, private and super comfortable. The host is amazing and went above and beyond for us. The place is very well stocked. The decor is adorable, the back porch and property is just lovely. Beds very comfortable. I would very highly recommend a stay here. Convenient to bama for game day etc. About 18 -20 min depending where you are going.

The home was great for our family including 4 small grandkids. The property was clean and uncluttered. The host was very accomodating. Although a bit out of town, it was still convenient to the Bama campus and available for Uber drivers.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay. We were still close enough to the stadium even though we didn’t stay downtown. The property owner has amazing decorating skills. She was so nice and friendly and left instructions for everything. I will definitely stay here again if I come back for another Alabama game.

Great Stay

Great property. Close to campus but far enough out that our stay was relaxing and quiet. No issues getting an Uber to and from campus. Open layout was as expected and property manager was very responsive.

Very Nice Home!!

The property was just as advertised. It was neat and clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner provided little thoughtful niceties like air freshener in the bathrooms and plenty of tissue. The outside of the home is very spacious and relaxing. I would stay there again!!!

UA Parents Day Stay

We had a great stay here for our daughter’s parents day. The location was actually perfect…..a very private, quiet, and peaceful subdivision that was an easy 15 minute drive to the campus on I-20/59. Was actually nice to get away from the hustle bustle of downtown Ttown in the evenings! This home is beautifully decorated with much attention to the little details in every bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was awesome…..had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the living area with the huge TV made for a very comfortable place for our family to hang out. Kudos to the owners….you have done a very nice job with your home…..felt like my own! And I was a VRBO home owner/host for many years, and I know a great rental value when I see one! Last thing I’ll say is this is a great alternative to sky-high hotel prices on big Ttown weekends…..you won’t be disappointed!!

Absolutely Perfect!!

this property was spectacular! We came for Thanksgiving to visit my daughter at UA. Perfect distance and easy drive to campus! Attended the Iron Bowl, also our first Alabama football game. The house was a perfect place for us to meet all of the wonderful friends she has met! The fenced in back yard was perfect for kiddos! The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen at home! We will be back!! Thank you so much!! Mandy was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond!!

Amazing Experience!!!

This property is the perfect place to stay in Tuscaloosa. We stayed for two nights so that we could go to an Alabama football game. We wish we had planned to stay longer. We have stayed in many VRBO properties across the U.S. and in several countries around the world and this is one of our all-time favorites. The property is excellently located for any event at the University - close enough for a short drive but far enough to be able to retreat to a quiet peaceful area. The property is so large that you have no noise from any neighbors. I cannot say enough about this beautiful home! It was spotlessly clean with more than enough room for all of us to join together but with enough private areas for anyone who wanted some quiet time. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens. There were enough towels for an army!!! The kitchen was especially well-stocked. We prepared three meals and had more than enough pots, pans and dishes for whatever we needed. We were surprised at the availability of pantry items. (We always bring whatever we need for cooking because many VRBO properties provide nothing,) There was salt, pepper, paper products, even coffee pods with creamer and sugar. There was an abundance of replacement items such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soaps, etc. The furnishings and decorations were designer and absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed all the Thanksgiving decorations inside and out. The owner was extremely easy to contact and quickly responded to any question. This home was more like visiting a favorite relative than staying in a VRBO. We highly recommend this location to all of our friends.

Amazing Home and Host

This house is very very nice. The location is peaceful and just far enough from Bryant Denny Stadium for a short ride but get you out of the game chaos. Amanda is the perfect host and very responsive. Not a complaint but if one thing could be better it would be having major channels on the tv so we could watch games in between going and coming from the game. We’ll definitely have this on our stay place for next years family game. Roll Tide!!

Gem of the South!

Roll Tide! This house is very close to UA campus and seated in a great neighborhood. We loved having coffee on the back porch watching the birds. Its decorated so cute and had everything we needed.

Great location to visit with our UA student

The home worked out great for our family. We had our kids and their grandparents along for the trip. Plenty of place to spread out and relax. Our UA student stayed too, and enjoyed the home setting vs. dorm. The property was well stocked. We didn't cook much, but there was plenty there if we wanted too. Short 20 minute ride into campus. Easy to get to off the interstate. And Mandy (owner) was responsive on our questions before arrival. Great VRBO hosts and home. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Perfect cozy home for T-town visit

This house was the perfect house for our stay in ttown! The house was very clean and more than we could have asked for. This would be the perfect house for game day weekend. A short drive to campus but not close enough that you deal with the noise/ traffic of being on campus. Mandy and Ryan were easy to respond with and answered quickly to our couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again if it is available!
