A separate family bathroom comes with a bath and overhead shower.



Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is modern and well-equipped, featuring a large Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine – ideal for cosy nights in or lazy mornings. French doors open onto a generous private decking area, complete with comfortable rattan seating arranged under a fixed gazebo – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.



Steps lead down to a private garden space, where the hot tub is positioned on a stone patio beneath a tilt-and-turn gazebo – providing a sheltered, all-weather spa experience. The garden also includes a brick BBQ stand and a picnic bench, making it the ideal setting for alfresco dining or sunset drinks. Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.
