"It is rare the Experience of staying at a holiday location works out as well as expectation of a group built up by the online marketing page. I’m pleased to say that didn’t happen here, in fact the only potential issue in advance was the parking as we had 3 cars. Even this didn’t present an issue. Excellent facilities and base, one very minor issue was the need to drink Guinness from a wine glass due to the lack of a pint glass on site, as I say very minor issue."

"My husband and I loved our stay in the barn. We just wish it was longer! Lisa was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast items she left us were perfect. Everything was as advertised and was even better in person. The barn was very clean with ample supplies and the garden was perfect to admire. Spring was definitely in bloom! "This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. "Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England."

"Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+...

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"Os arredores do hotel são muito bonitos. No entanto se você não estiver de carro terá problemas para locomover se. Fica em uma área rural, bem afastado da cidade de Chippenham, em torno de 10 minutos de carro até o centro. O banheiro é catastrófico, não possui chuveiro e a banheira é bem antiga. Banheiro enorme mas não funcional, pia minúscula. A porta para a varanda não fechava com chave, nos sentimos inseguros. Café da manhã fraco e sem opções. Não tem recepção. Cama desconfortável. Cheiro de pó. Não pretendo voltar."
