"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"

"Our stay at Aguada Beach Resort was outstanding. We loved how clean the apartment was when we arrived. We love that the pool was accessible right from our back door. The roof top was also very nice, my family and I had dinner and watched the sunset from up there and it was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to get a more comfortable bed, since we did stay 7 nights the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable. However over all our stay was amazing! "

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! "Upon my arrival I was happy to see this location is a gated with security at the entrance. The condo is big with 2 bdrms. The view is amazing and the balcony facing the pool was nice at night with changing colors. The Unit was clean and very comfortable. A/C worked. perfectly. The whole stay the location was quiet, overall I was very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to book this location again. (PS the communication with the owner was good. Responded quickly) "
