"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. "Even though finding the place was a little tricky arriving late at night, Melba was always available and would respond immediately. There was no power for most of our stay due to the island poor electric infrastructure, but she was very quick trying to make our stay more enjoyable and even hooking up to a generator. The area is close to the beach and great restaurants. The swimming pool was big, clean and inviting. Our kids had a lot of fun there. We enjoyed our stay."

"My stay was amazing. It was fit for all age groups. The toddlers, tweens, teens and adults. Beach access across the street. "We had such a lovely stay at this home. I appreciate that it allowed me to be close to visit family in Utuado but also was a peaceful stay up in the mountains. We spent three nights and enjoyed it all. The hosts were great and we enjoyed one meal from Carmen that was delicious!"
