"We loved this location! We spotted whales several of the days right from the balcony, enjoyed walking along the rocks in front of the property and spent some time at the pool. The location especially in the winter is great- more sun on the south side of the island. The condo itself really had everything we needed, plenty of towels, detergent, beach chairs, etc. I will say if you are looking for a big kitchen with a lot of space, this isn't the place but it worked great for us.
